Creating See GREENE SKINCARE

With over 30 years of experience in the fast-paced world of the beauty industry, I have always dreamed of creating my own skincare range. I’ve seen what works and this has helped hugely in deciding to create a skincare brand that is multifunctional and straight forward to use.

I’ve been lucky enough to have travelled extensively whilst managing spa’s on beautiful cruise liners, working with and training such talented therapists in well known skincare brands and having my own practice.

In 2017 I retrained as a Clinical Aromatherapist studying with Neal’s Yard in Covent Garden for 18 months, achieving the Diploma in Essential Oil Science.

Then the Coronavirus pandemic changed everyone’s lives. My business closed and I was unable to accept clients BUT I could continue creating their skincare products and I started to learn how to formulate organic skincare online with the incredible Formula Botanica.

Demand for the products grew and I had move production to an outside building that my husband Nick built. (I call it ‘The Greene Room’) and the products were collected by the house gate in the little village of Edingley near the Minster town of Southwell in Nottinghamshire.

Throughout the lockdowns I was able to continue studying whilst producing little jars of organic goodness to my customers. They have been so supportive and have kept me busy by recommending me to their friends and family, so I may require additional space soon!

Essential oil safety and blending correctly is of absolute paramount importance here at See Greene Skincare.

If you are in any doubt about correct dosage when using essential oils in the home, then I’m always available to offer you free advice.

Please don’t take essential oils internally, they are incredibly powerful and always seek a fully qualified professional Aromatherapist’s advise for guidance.

I’m currently studying the International Organic Skincare Entrepreneurial Programme Diploma with Formula Botanica and bringing several products to market in the coming weeks.

The See Greene Garden

GROWING MY own

Some of the ingredients are grown in the garden here in Edingley, Nottinghamshire.

Lavender, Calendula, Starflower, Chamomile and Rose are dried, placed in jars and infused in various organic oils to create macerations which can be used in my skincare blends.

They are also used in Bath Salts, ground into powders for masks and talc-free baby talc and also for the bath salts.

And to step outside into the garden and tend to the plants is instantly calming.
